I dreamt I was the Umbrella Cat on August 24th, 2024. For just over a year, I chipped away at animating a version of the dream.
I drew over 300 frames by hand in Illustrator and then colored them in photoshop. I then assembled, edited, and did sound design in After Effects.
Finally, every frame was printed out, and and re-scanned to achieve the old-timey cartoon aesthetic.
